Rental Agreement and Booking

A signed Rental Equipment Agreement and any required waiver are required for all rentals.

A reservation is not confirmed until:

• The Rental Agreement is signed
• The required 50 percent booking deposit is paid

The remaining rental balance and required security deposit must be paid in full prior to equipment release.

No equipment will be released without full payment and a signed agreement.

Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Rental Window

Weekend rentals include Friday evening pickup and Monday return unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Pickup and return time windows will be confirmed at booking.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts vary by package:

• Concession Equipment - $50
• Game Night Package - $150
• Movie Night Package - $150
• Backyard Cornhole Tournament - $150

Security deposits must be paid prior to equipment release and are refunded within five business days after equipment is returned, inspected, and confirmed clean, dry, and undamaged.

Late fees, cleaning fees, damage, replacement costs, or administrative charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

If damage exceeds the security deposit amount, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance for repair or replacement.

Security deposits are fully refunded if equipment is not released.

Power Requirements

A standard outdoor electrical outlet is required.

A 25 foot outdoor rated extension cord is included with applicable rentals.

If your outlet is farther than 25 feet, you must provide additional outdoor rated extension cords.

Equipment will not be operated without proper power access.

Streaming Device Requirement

The Streaming Device Kit requires a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Customers must use their own streaming subscriptions and login credentials. Borrow It Party Rentals does not provide internet service, data plans, or streaming accounts. Internet speed, connectivity issues, or subscription access problems are not grounds for refund.

Pickup & Return

All rentals are customer pickup and return unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Customers are responsible for safe transport and securing equipment during pickup and return.

Renter assumes full responsibility for the safe setup, operation, and supervision of all rented equipment from the time of pickup until the time of return.

Pickup and return time windows will be confirmed at booking.

Late Returns

• $25 late fee for the first 24 hours
• $50 per calendar day or partial day after the first 24 hours

Equipment not returned within seventy two hours may be considered lost and charged at full replacement value.

Cleaning Policy

Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as received, ordinary wear excepted.

Food residue, sticky surfaces, or unwashed components will result in cleaning fees.

Cleaning fees may apply as follows:

• Light cleaning - $25
• Heavy cleaning - $75
• Unsanitary or biohazard conditions - minimum $150 plus replacement if required

Cleaning fees may be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

The 50 percent booking deposit is required to reserve your date.

• 21 or more days before event - full rental payment refunded, including booking deposit
• 15 to 20 days before event - 50 percent of total rental payment refunded
• 14 days or fewer - rental payment is non refundable

Security deposits are fully refunded if equipment is not released.

Weather Policy

Outdoor rentals are weather dependent. Light rain, typical seasonal weather, or unfavorable forecasts do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.

Refunds are not issued due to forecasted weather. Rescheduling due to unsafe weather conditions may be allowed at our discretion and is subject to availability.
